From maki to nigiri, from sushi and sashimi to exquisite teppanyaki delicacies such as flambéed lobster, entrecôte of Kobe beef or chicken teriyaki: the Myoko restaurant combines tradition and innovation and is a true gourmet temple for both local guests and tourists from all over the world.

Light-coloured wood, warm orange and red tones and Far Eastern decorative elements: The new Myoko also impresses visually. The interior design is in line with the Hotel Schweizerhof Zermatt. The restaurant offers a total of 85 seats and a great view on the skilful chefs. Those who want to expereince the chefs’ craftsmanship up close, take a seat at the sushi bar or teppanyaki grill and enjoy the show. At the illuminated Onyx Bar by the entrance, Japanese-inspired cocktails are mixed to match the dishes.
