Cheese Factory

The Valais region is honored in each dish at the Cheese Factory: a setting with a traditional feel, where raclette and fondue can be tasted in a cozy atmosphere. The menu dares to offer original, local, specialties, prepared in modern and extra delicious way, in a setting designed around images of the Alpine Region. The cheese is local, of great vintages, tweaked, depending on the recipes, according to the season.
