In the wings of the immense “show kitchen”, the chef and his crew are working. They are all epicureans, curious-spirited gastronomes.
The preparation and cooking are live, on show, to be shared; it’s an experience. Dishes are steeped in the taste of adventure and wrought with conviviality. Each ingredient is carefully selected, always with a preference for local and Valais origins.
An example? On the menu the “Swiss Gourmet” selection scrupulously honored by the Chef.
Succulent meats, grilled on request, American style – a lively flame and a BBQ XXL. Pizzas are home-made olive oil and tomatoes come directly from Italy, prepared by real pizza chefs.
